This summer I´ve had the very great pleasure to begin working with a company that are new to me. Since 1996 the Berlin-based Grotest Maru having been touring internationally, creating theatre for public spaces around the world. You can read more about the company on their website here.
In early June I was invited to learn the sound design operation from my friend and long-time colleague Milena Kipfmüller. In addition I was asked if I would like to be the technical manager for the project moving forward and to create a new lighting design. So this is all very exciting.
At the end of July we presented Global Amazonia in Berlin as part of the Sommerfestival 2023. Details can be found here.
